Frustrated managing multiple Instagram NJ & NYC accounts? Here’s how to do it with ease.

Instagram is the powerhouse of social media, and that’s not changing anytime soon. Many people – digital marketers specifically- create or manage more than one Instagram account. Whether they’re for multiple clients, or for your personal life or business, keeping up to date with multiple accounts can be a tricky process. Unfortunately, the latest version of Instagram still doesn’t even enable multiple profile sign-ins from any outside app either.

Until Instagram allows third party apps (that offer multiple account management) to offer an upload function, you’ll have to go through the motions of logging in, uploading a photo, logging out, and logging into the other Instagram account.

Although, there are some great applications that support viewing multiple Instagram accounts. Here are some tips on using applications to manage your Instagram accounts:

Keep all of your IG accounts in one app

If you’re managing more than one account, give a few different apps and a try and choose the one that works best for you and your needs.

First there’s Fotogramme – a free iOS app that enables you to easily switch between multiple accounts by simply tapping on the Account button. Tapping on a post enables you to tweet, like, comment and view post details. Basic Instagram functions are available, although you can’t upload and post photos.

Then there’s Multigram, which is similar to Fotogramme, but works more as a post viewer rather than an uploader. By paying $1.99, you can hop between multiple accounts. You also have the ability to switch between three view layouts and a slideshow option.

Similar to Multigram, Gramatica is an iOS app ($1.99) that enables you to do a little more. If a user wants to concentrate on just photo content, they can hide all video posts or vice-versa. Another awesome feature is its URL function; if anybody posts a specific URL in the comment section of a photo, you can easily tap it to visit the page.

And for all Android users, Padgram is a great app for you multi-account management. What’s great about this app is that it allows you to post content within the platform, as long as Instagram is downloaded on that particular device. Padgram allows you to browse, like and comment, and search for photos by tag or username. In addition to all of the basic Instagram functions, you can save specific photos to your device gallery or share them on your other social networks.

Keep up with responses to comments

In order to keep your beloved followers engaged, it’s vital for you to keep up with comments that people leave on your photos. You should be regularly checking on your notifications while providing solid responses to the comments you receive.

But what do you do when you have a large following? Try Instacommentor, an iOS app that helps manage all Instagram comments. Any comment that you haven’t replied to yet marks “Unreplied”, and will be marked “Replied” once you get back to the user.

Check on your followers

A large part of Instagram success is accumulating a solid follower base that is free from spam bots. If your goal is to to retain a following that follows you back, Instafollow for Android can detect new followers and mutual friends, while keeping track of followers that have stopped following you- even on multiple accounts.
