The Senior SEO Manager is responsible for taking a client through the steps of onboarding, strategy, implementation, launch, QC and ongoing success measurement. While not responsible for creating content, the Senior SEO Manager will review/edit content and make sure it aligns with overall strategy. This position will have oversight of freelance/contract content creators and will report directly to our Digital Marketing Director.
Our ideal candidate will have:
• 3-5 years demonstrated success with SEO in an agency environment.
• Expert level strategic and tactical skills in SEO and content creation.
• PPC and SEM strategic experience and the ability to integrate with overall objectives.
• Customer focus and dedication to complete satisfaction.
• An ownership mentality.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Integrity, initiative and a proven work ethic. (Integrity is huge.)
• The willingness and ability to know when to be hands-on and when to delegate.
• A commitment to continuing education and growth in digital marketing.
We are offering a salary range of $55-$75k, performance-based bonus, group medical benefits and employer matched IRA. This is a full time, in house position.
