Affinity Federal Credit Union

Affinity Federal Credit Union is the largest credit union headquartered in New Jersey, serving more than 160,000 members. Through Affinity, members have access to traditional banking services, including credit card and loan applications. Members can participate in investment opportunities, insurance plans, and business planning resources. Affinity believes that profits from financial accounts should serve members, offering great rates and fewer fees.

Client Challenge

Affinity Federal Credit Union came to Kraus Marketing in need of improvements within their collateral. Their existing collateral was lacking consistency and did not properly showcase all that Affinity has to offer to potential members. Member Development Officers at Affinity also needed additional materials to work with when promoting their services to new members.

The Kraus Solution

Kraus Marketing worked with Affinity’s internal teams to gather and analyze feedback that would lead to the best solution for Affinity’s needs. We designed new collateral around Affinity’s existing brand guidelines, even offering a new logo design. The new collateral provided a refreshed look and feel to items the Member Development Officers were already using. We also designed additional pieces that better showcased the benefits and services offered to Affinity members, as well as pieces highlighting Affinity’s work within the community, like their school supplies drive.
