Kraus Marketing Takes Two Spots In Jersey’s Best Under 40 2019
Morristown, NJ (April 29th, 2019) – A big congratulations is in order for two of Kraus Marketing’s team members – Joel Kraus, VP of Business Development and Sam Codd, Marketing Manager, who have been given the honor of making Jersey’s Best Under 40 list for 2019. Both their individual and combined efforts have made a tremendous impact not only on the clients they serve, but on the team culture at Kraus Marketing as well.
For the fifth year in a row, The NJ Ad Club has received nominations for trendsetting marketing and communications professionals under the age of 40. Looking for individuals who have made a meaningful impact on their MARCOM community, NJ Ad Club awards nominees exhibiting leadership and career progress amongst their peers, employers, and clients.
Joel Kraus has been an integral part of Kraus Marketing, with a knack for keeping a positive work culture flowing. Joel is a man of many talents and passions. Professionally, he is the backbone of business development at Kraus Marketing, and also serves as the VP at BNI Select Business Source, where he thrives at building relationships and exploring new opportunities. Joel also has an appreciation for the simple life as he tends to his family farm, along with his wife and two children. As a man of many hobbies, Joel never runs short of stories or homemade gifts for the office.
In the four years Sam Codd has been at Kraus Marketing, her overall impact has been a significant one. Beginning her career in sales, Sam believed in the potential and benefit of a project management department. It wasn’t long before she had her hand in the creation and development of the flourishing project management team Kraus Marketing has today. Her drive and success in increasing yearly revenue has always been met with sincere composure and professionalism. Sam has a lively and energetic zest for life, for which she is totally in her element when she’s hiking, doing yoga, or rocking out at a music festival.
