The Northside

The Northside is a luxury apartment complex located in Downtown Westfield, NJ. With 20 newly constructed one and two-bedroom apartments, The Northside offers quality suburban living with only a short train ride into Newark, Hoboken, and Manhattan.

Client Challenge

This was a new construction property that the client needed to market to potential renters. First, they were in need of a name for the building, as well as a logo to help identify their brand. They were also in need of a website to display images and list available properties.

The Kraus Solution

Kraus came up with the name, The Northside, as a way to represent both the quality of living and the location. The logo was designed with inspiration from the nearby railroad tracks and the chosen colors were used through the website. Kraus also designed marketing collateral, including a banner announcing the property’s opening.
