Client Challenge
Fortiva Wellness approached Kraus Marketing ahead of launch with the goal of building a completely new healthcare brand from the ground up. As a physician-led concierge medical practice entering a competitive market, Fortiva needed an identity that felt premium and professional while remaining approachable, compassionate, and deeply personal.
Beyond creating a visual presence, the brand needed to communicate a more thoughtful model of care centered around relationships, accessibility, and lifelong wellness. The challenge required a cohesive approach across branding, messaging, website design, and digital marketing to build trust and support patient acquisition.

The custom logo integrated an “F” with an infinity symbol to represent lifelong care, while a refined visual system and messaging strategy positioned Fortiva as a trusted, compassionate, and forward-thinking healthcare partner.
We also developed the core brand tagline, “Your Life, Your Health, Our Mission,” and supporting positioning language including “Primary Care, Reimagined.” The website experience was intentionally designed with clean navigation, clear calls-to-action, and a cohesive mobile-friendly experience that made becoming a patient simple and accessible.
