The Northside

The Northside is a luxury apartment complex located in Downtown Westfield, NJ. With 20 newly constructed one and two-bedroom apartments, The Northside offers quality suburban living with only a short train ride into Newark, Hoboken, and Manhattan.

Client Challenge

This was a new construction property that the client needed to market to potential renters. First, they were in need of a name for the building, as well as a logo to help identify their brand. They were also in need of a website to display images and list available properties.

The Kraus Solution

Kraus Marketing came up with the name, The Northside, as a way to represent both the quality of living and the location. When then created a logo that was designed with inspiration from the nearby railroad tracks. The logo was our basis for building out the brand guidelines, which then influenced their website. Kraus also designed marketing collateral, including a banner announcing the property’s opening based on the approved branding.
