St. Clare’s Health is a community-focused healthcare provider serving northern New Jersey through accessible, patient-centered medical care. With newly expanded primary care locations in Dover and Denville, the organization sought to increase public awareness around its services while reinforcing its commitment to convenience, accessibility, and trusted local care.

Client Challenge

St. Clare’s Health approached Kraus Marketing looking to promote its newly expanded primary care services in Dover and Denville. Although the facilities had already opened, there had been limited public-facing promotion surrounding the launches, creating an opportunity to build stronger local awareness and community engagement.

The campaign needed to highlight the accessibility and convenience of the facilities while differentiating St. Clare’s Health from larger corporate healthcare systems. Messaging focused on walk-in care, ease of scheduling, provider accessibility, expanded healthcare services, and the organization’s commitment to delivering a more personal patient experience.

In addition to increasing visibility, the campaign needed to establish trust and position St. Clare’s Health as a reliable, community-centered healthcare provider for local patients and families.

The Kraus Solution

Kraus Marketing developed a strategic video campaign designed to showcase St. Clare’s Health’s primary care services through authentic storytelling, provider insight, and patient-focused messaging.

The campaign centered around a professionally produced overview video supported by a series of shorter interview-driven cutdowns featuring one of the facility’s providers. Filming took place inside the Denville location and combined scripted messaging, provider interviews, and lifestyle b-roll to create a balance between informative healthcare communication and approachable community-driven storytelling.

Creative messaging throughout the campaign emphasized key patient benefits, including:

  • One (1) 60–90 second overview video
  • Six (6) 15–30 second interview-based video cutdowns
  • Additional 30-second and 60-second CTV cutdowns
  • Captioned and non-captioned exports optimized for CTV distribution

As the campaign evolved, Kraus Marketing additionally developed connected TV-ready assets to support a broader awareness initiative, expanding the campaign beyond digital distribution into regional television placements.

The final campaign provided St. Clare’s Health with a versatile library of professionally produced video assets designed to strengthen visibility, support ongoing marketing efforts, and reinforce the organization’s reputation as an accessible and community-focused healthcare provider.
