Client Challenge

ellura was looking for a rebrand as the supplement was now being distributed by its original maker, PharmatokaTM. They needed new packaging and an e-commerce website that acted not only as a shop, but an informational place for consumers and HCPs.

Once they were able to publicly launch the product under PharmatokaTM, they would need a digital marketing campaign to promote the supplement and encourage sales.

The Kraus Solution

With a strict deadline in place before the launch of a rebranded ellura, Kraus Marketing began with several meetings and workshops to better understand our client’s vision for the product. We presented them several packaging design options in varying color palettes, going through several rounds of revisions until the perfect design and color combination was reached.

Once the packaging and newly branded elements were confirmed, our team began designing the e-commerce site utilizing Shopify as the CRM. A photography session of the newly branded packaging and pill bottles was simultaneously conducted for custom imagery use across the site and upcoming social media campaign.

While the website design was approved and sent into development, our team dove into the digital marketing campaign that would go live upon the product’s launch date. This included a full social media campaign (organic and paid) with Facebook and Instagram focusing on consumers, and LinkedIn focusing on HCPs. A PPC campaign was crafted to attract users searching for natural alternatives for UTI management, along with users who had previously used the supplement under the previous manufacturer.
