Client Challenge
Chambers Center for Well-Being came to Kraus looking to develop a concise digital marketing strategy across multiple channels to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. They wanted to stand out as a progressive, individualized, and effective health and well-being center to anyone who engaged with their brand, whether online or in person.

Engaging monthly emails kept Chambers Center for Well-Being top-of-mind, while SEM and social media campaigns brought in a wave of new visitors. The first year of the campaign was impressive and saw:
- The website gaining 150K sessions and 112K new users.
- Organic search bringing in over 21K sessions with 709K impressions to the website.
- Google Ads converting over 1.7K users, including form submits, calls, newsletter sign-ups, and gift card intents.
- Instagram seeing 89% more engagement across sponsored page posts, including 365 new followers and 18K likes.
- Facebook driving over 14.6K users to the website with an average click-through rate that is 48% higher than the platform’s average.
