The Community FoodBank of New Jersey (CFBNJ) stands as the premier anti-hunger and anti-poverty organization within the state of New Jersey, recognized for its comprehensive efforts to alleviate hunger and foster long-term solutions to poverty. With a foundation that traces back to humble origins, CFBNJ has grown significantly since its inception, initially distributing 150,000 pounds of food in its first year as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Today, it is celebrated not only for its scale but also for its mission-driven approach to provide nutritious food and necessary assistance to those in need across New Jersey.
Client Challenge
CFBNJ sought the expertise of Kraus Marketing for a new website because of our well-established reputation in delivering bespoke digital solutions that amplify an organization’s mission and impact. Recognizing our portfolio of successful projects, particularly in the nonprofit sector, CFBNJ was confident in our team’s ability to understand their unique challenges and opportunities.
The Kraus Solution
At each Verizon event, Kraus Studios captured the full spectrum of activities—from filming b-roll of demos and key presentations to interviewing executives and engaging with small business and public sector ambassadors. Our comprehensive production services showcased Verizon’s innovations in a dynamic and impactful way.
One of our standout projects was the creation of Hype Videos, where we compiled footage from previous events to build anticipation for upcoming ones. These videos were featured on social media and press releases.
We also produced Post-Show Sizzles, which are event recaps tailored to Verizon’s key messaging, with versions for social media and Connected TV (CTV). Additionally, our work includes Social Sizzles, Video on Demand presentations, LinkedIn Live events, and paid ad videos—all contributing to Verizon’s robust video marketing strategy.
Video Production
With an in-house video production team, we decided to create our own commercial from scratch—scripting, storyboarding, location scouting, casting, and post-production included. We even utilized the team to make guest appearances throughout the commercial! We created a main 30-second commercial as well as supplementary skits to be used throughout an advertising campaign.
Landing Page Developement
Before we could begin any advertising efforts, we needed to develop a custom landing page where users would be directed to learn more about Kraus Marketing and our services. The page included the main commercial and side skits, as well as medieval-style copy to really set the scene.
CTV & Digital Advertising
Once the commercial and landing page were finalized, our in-house strategists ran 30-second CTV ads utilizing the main commercial and several of the skits, alongside a paid social media campaign on Facebook and LinkedIn.
