In one day we are exposed to over 5,000 ad messages. Out of all the messages, there are a few logos that are so memorable that you do not need to see the brand name. As we recently redesigned our logo, we thought it would be fun to take a look at some of the most popular logos in our culture and point out some hidden symbols.
- Baskin Robbins. Who doesn’t love ice cream? The Baskin Robbins logo is bright, fun, and has a hidden message. Have you ever noticed the different colors in the B & R? Well, it symbolizes 31, the number of flavors that the ice cream company has.
- Toyota. Have you ever wondered what the Toyota logo symbolizes? It represents three hearts: the heart of the customer, product, and technological progress.
- FedEx. The FedEx logo is another logo that has a hidden message in it. It might take a while for you to notice it, however, once you do, it will be impossible not to see it. Pay close attention to the space between the E and the x. You might notice an arrow in the white space. It is symbolic of FedEx’s outlook for the future.
- Amazon. You might have noticed the arrow between a and z in the Amazon logo. This is representative of two things. The first is that it is a smile, which is indicative of Amazon’s promise to making customers happy. The second is that it connects a and z, which signifies that Amazon has a variety of items that they sell.
- Tostitos. Have you ever noticed two figures enjoying chips while eating Tostitos? If you look close enough you should notice that the two t’s in the middle are sharing a chip over a bowl of salsa on the i. Take a closer look and you will notice it!
